VI. Salary and Benefits:

1. Basic salary:
   1. Bachelor: CNY 9,000 yuan per month;
   2. Master: CNY 10,000 yuan per month;
   3. PHD: CNY 11,000 yuan per month;

When a new contract is successfully signed, the basic salary is increased by 5% per year.
2. Travel allowance: CNY 10,000 when fulfilling a one-year contract.
3. Accommodation: CNY 2,000- 3,000 yuan/family per month for renting house.
